Zillow Listings Exporter to CSV

What this extension does

Zillow Listings Exporter to CSV reads publicly visible listing data from Zillow search results pages you load at www.zillow.com and lets you export it to a CSV file on your own device. That's its entire function.

What data it accesses

Zillow search results. While you're on a Zillow search (homes for sale, for rent, or recently sold), the extension reads the listing data that page has already loaded to show you its results: address, price, beds, baths, size, lot size, home type, status, days on Zillow, Zestimate and Rent Zestimate, tax assessed value, price changes, sale date and map coordinates. It reads the same data again as you turn pages, change filters or move the map, and, if you use the Pro "Collect all pages" feature, as it turns the search's pages for you. It does not collect agent or owner contact details, does not open individual listing pages, and does not access any Zillow account you're signed in to.

Subscription status. The extension uses a third-party billing service, ExtensionPay, to check whether you've bought Pro and to take payment if you choose to upgrade. ExtensionPay, through its payment processor Stripe, handles anything you enter at checkout directly. This extension never receives or stores your payment details, only a paid/free status.

What data it stores

• Your paid/free status is cached locally in chrome.storage so the extension doesn't need to check the server on every page load. It stays on your device.
• A count of how many exports you've made is kept in chrome.storage.local, only so the extension can ask once, after a few exports, whether you'd like to leave a review. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
• Listings you collect are held in the open tab's memory until you export them, clear them, or close the tab. Exported rows are written straight to a CSV file that downloads to your computer. The extension does not upload, transmit or keep a copy of your data anywhere else.

What this extension does not do

• Track your browsing outside www.zillow.com
• Collect analytics, telemetry, or usage statistics
• Sell, share, or transmit your exported listing data to any third party
• Require an account or sign-in to use the free tier

Third parties

The only third-party service involved is ExtensionPay (billing and payment processing for the optional Pro upgrade). See ExtensionPay's privacy policy for how they handle payment information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a new "last updated" date.
